In the most recent issue of Germany’s “RoadBIKE Magazin” the new Felt F1 proved its technological advantage and was awarded the winner of the magazine’s latest high performance test. It competed with the most prestigous roadbikes.
Well, it is good news for our consumers, dealers and all of us! 
The UCI set up a new structure of classification for MTB Professional Teams for the next season which is similar to the Road Teams. 
Only the best 15 Teams in the world are nominated for this new MTB ELITE-Status.
The ranking is calculated by adding the UCI points of the 3 best placed men and the 2 best placed women of each team in the UCI Mountain Bike XCO individual classifications as of September 27th, 2010.

Traverse City, Michigan - Kenda/Felt rider Amanda Carey took victory at the Iceman Cometh Challenge, outpacing second place by 2:39 and securing her second Iceman title.  Carey previously won the race in 2008.

The Iceman course is a 28 mile point-to-point MTB race spanning the Pere Marquette State Forest.  The race begins in Kalkaska and finishes outside of Traverse City, Michigan.  This year there were nearly 5000 participants and even more spectators.  Carey soloed to victory on the Felt Nine Team, completing the muddy course in 1:59:11. 

"This is the best mountain bike race of the year," Carey told cyclingdirt.com.  "The crowds at the end are so inspiring.  It's really exciting and super motivating to come out in race in front of crowds like this."
Irvine, CA – Felt Bicycles is pleased to announce it will be the official bike supplier to Team Exergy in 2011-12.  As was recently reported, the Idaho-based elite men’s road team is expected to advance to UCI Continental status in 2011. The team’s international lineup includes a mix of returning pro’s such as Remi McManus, 2001 U.S. Elite Road Champion, and several new recruits including 2006 U.S. Elite Road Champion, Matt Cooke.

TWENTY12 Professional Cycling Team.  For the next two years the U.S.-based elite women’s team, which won 55 races in 2010, will compete on Felt bikes at the world’s most prestigious road and track events with a clear target on the 2012 Olympic Games in London.
